Founded as an homage to my parents, Bette and Bill, and a path for personal growth, these companies represent my journey from years in the corporate world to breaking new boundaries.
With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, hospitality, tourism, events, and entertainment, JBT Enterprisez/Ventures embodies my passion for prioritizing people in all we do. The company offers HR consulting, event management, DJ services, music production, and even operates as a record label.

John embarked on his professional journey in the dynamic world of hospitality and tourism, leveraging his expertise honed through formal training in hotel, restaurant, and culinary management. His career trajectory encompassed roles spanning events, catering, hotel operations, event management, and guest relations, fueled by a deep-rooted passion for connecting with people. Transitioning seamlessly into Talent Acquisition, John garnered invaluable insights across diverse industries, from corporate services to retail, pulp and paper to heavy industrial, and healthcare among others.
